Had a wondeful afternoon with tea and scones at the Vandemeer Nursery in Whitby/Ajax on March 6th.
I read tea leafs in tea cups for people who were kind to particiapte in helping out furry friends in need.
The Durham Humane Society along with thier helpful people came for an entertaining afternoon , with proceeds going to help out the new shelter. There were lots of yummy bake goods for sale too! I had to sample some after all it is for a very good cause . I followed up my afternoon with a drive to visit family
not to far away and spend some time with Weezie a very soft and beautiful medium long haired calico kitty. I say kitty because after all she is just truning a year old this March.
I am looking forward to doing this agian next year . Hope to see some more friends and make some new ones too.
